Pickleball Labs products are sold, shipped and backed through Pickld, our Australian store. When you tap Buy on any Labs product, you complete your order on pickld.com.au and it ships from our Sydney warehouse.
Where we ship
We currently ship across Australia. If you are outside Australia and want to order, email hello@pickleballlabs.com.au before you buy and we will let you know what is possible.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment clears. We do not process or ship on weekends or NSW public holidays. During busy periods, processing can take a little longer, and we will contact you if there is a significant delay.
Delivery estimates
We use reputable Australian carriers. After dispatch, estimated delivery is:
- Sydney metro: 1 to 3 business days
- NSW regional: 2 to 5 business days
- Interstate metro: 2 to 6 business days
- Interstate regional or remote: 4 to 10 business days
These are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout on Pickld based on your location and order. Free standard shipping applies on orders over $150, Australia-wide.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will get a confirmation email with tracking where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Authority to leave, delays and damage
If you choose Authority to Leave, we are not responsible for loss or theft once the carrier marks delivery complete. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where relevant and we will work with the carrier to sort it out, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Local pickup
Local to Sydney? You can collect from the North Shore at Mt Colah. Choose Pickup at checkout on Pickld and we will email you the details.
