We want you to love your gear. If something is not right, we are here to help. Labs returns and warranty are handled through Pickld, where your order lives.
30-day returns
- You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and include the original packaging.
- To start a return, email hello@pickleballlabs.com.au with your order number and what you would like to return, and we will send you the steps.
Return shipping
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
- The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Refunds cover the price of the returned items.
- Where an item is faulty, defective, or not as described, we cover return shipping in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you about the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within the standard processing time for your provider.
Warranty
We stand behind what we make. Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. To make a claim, email hello@pickleballlabs.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video of the defect. Once approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
Your rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
